A major development has emerged from Chhattisgarh in the direction of organizational expansion and social awareness.
On the occasion of its centenary year, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has successfully completed its largest-ever “Home Contact Campaign” in the state.
Under this initiative, RSS volunteers reached out to over 3 million families and engaged in direct interaction with nearly 1 million people. Additionally, more than 2,000 conferences were organized, witnessing significant public participation—interestingly, women’s participation surpassed that of men.
The campaign goes beyond mere expansion. Starting March 2027, the organization plans to implement a major structural reform, replacing the existing provincial system with a new divisional structure to ensure faster and more effective decision-making.
The rapid expansion of RSS branches in Chhattisgarh, increasing youth participation, and the focus on the “Panch Parivartan” (Five Transformations) goals indicate a stronger push toward grassroots engagement.
This campaign not only highlights the growing organizational strength of the RSS but also represents a significant effort to promote national awareness and community consciousness across society.
