The Indian Army, furthering its commitment to community outreach and public welfare in Jammu & Kashmir, organised a “Women Wellness Camp” at the Pattan Playground. The free medical camp was specially conducted for women, providing complimentary healthcare services to hundreds of beneficiaries.

The camp offered general health check-ups, medical consultations and essential health guidance for women. The Indian Army has been consistently undertaking healthcare initiatives, medical camps and preventive health programmes in rural and remote areas of Jammu & Kashmir to supplement government healthcare services and ensure quality medical care reaches underserved populations.

Such welfare-oriented initiatives not only deliver direct benefits to the local community but also strengthen trust, cooperation and goodwill between the Indian Army and civilians.
