An intense encounter erupted early this morning between security forces and terrorists in the Nader village of Tral, located in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Acting on precise intelligence regarding terrorist presence, security personnel initiated a cordon and search operation in the area. As forces approached the suspected hideout, the terrorists opened fire, prompting a retaliatory response and triggering a fierce gunbattle.
According to official reports, one unidentified terrorist has been killed in the ongoing operation.
