A sensational and sensitive case has emerged from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, creating a stir in religious circles and across the city. The case involves an alleged conspiracy to honeytrap and blackmail a Mahamandaleshwar associated with the Chardham Temple.
The investigation has taken a significant turn after the woman who was allegedly called to Ujjain as part of the conspiracy has now been made the complainant by the police. In her statement, she has made several startling revelations about the alleged plot.

According to the woman, former Mahamandaleshwar Sadhvi Mandakini allegedly recorded a video of her while she was bathing. She claims that the video was later used to threaten and blackmail her, pressuring her to participate in a plan to falsely implicate a saint in a honeytrap case.
The woman further alleged that when she refused to be part of the conspiracy, she was offered ₹50,000 as an inducement. She also stated that she was later introduced to Ghanshyam Patel, who allegedly explained the entire plan to trap the saint and level serious allegations against him.

Taking the matter seriously, police have registered a case against Sadhvi Mandakini and Ghanshyam Patel under various sections and have started a detailed investigation into the incident.
Meanwhile, Ghanshyam Patel had filed an anticipatory bail application in the Ujjain District Court, which has reportedly been rejected by the court. Authorities say further investigation is underway to uncover the full extent of the alleged conspiracy.
