CM Vishnu Deo Sai chaired a high-level review meeting via video conferencing with Commissioners, IGs, and District Collectors across the state to assess the availability of petroleum products and LPG cylinders. During the meeting, he took detailed updates on the supply and distribution of petrol, diesel, and cooking gas, and directed officials to ensure uninterrupted availability in all districts. The Chief Minister reassured that there is sufficient stock of fuel and gas, urging citizens not to believe rumors or engage in panic buying.

He also issued strict instructions to take firm action against black marketing and hoarding of essential commodities. Emphasizing zero tolerance, he warned that anyone attempting to create artificial shortages or overcharge for essential items will face strict legal consequences. The government aims to maintain smooth supply chains and prevent any disruption during the current situation.

The meeting was attended by senior officials including Vikas Sheel, Subodh Kumar Singh, Arun Dev Gautam, Basavaraju S, Shahla Nigar, Rohit Yadav, Reena Baba Saheb Kangale, and Rajat Kumar, along with representatives from Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, who confirmed that fuel and LPG supply systems are functioning smoothly across the state.
