Did duality and control originate with Shiva consciousness?

According to this alternative theory, prior to the Vedic era, humanity was the bearer of Shiva consciousness. Elements of nature—such as air, water, fire, and earth—were not the private property of any deity or authority. Humans existed in harmony with nature, not as supplicants to a superior power distinct from it.

Daksha’s Yajna:
A symbol of establishing dominion over nature?

Shiva represents the masculine principle of *Prakriti* (Nature), while Mother Sati—or Mahakali—embodies its primordial power. In this conceptual framework, ‘Daksha’ is not merely a king but a symbol of a mindset that views itself as more capable, superior, and entitled than others. Daksha Prajapati’s *Yajna* can be seen as a manifestation of this sense of superiority and the desire to assert dominion over Nature—an event where Shiva, who is one with Nature, is excluded from the established order in favor of imposing one’s own rules of power. The presence of Brahma and Vishnu at the *Yajna*, as depicted in the mythology, can also be interpreted as an endorsement of this established order.

According to this interpretation, the conflict was not merely about the insult to Shiva, but centered on the question of whether Nature would remain independent or become subservient to forces that deemed themselves superior. This very duality later symbolizes a system wherein humans, rather than being independent partners of Nature, become supplicants dependent on the authority of a presiding figure—or the progeny of Sage Kashyapa (such as Devas, Danavas, Vishnu, Adityas, etc.)—for access to Nature’s resources and benevolence.

According to the legend, King Daksha Prajapati—an adversary of Shiva—married off thirteen of his daughters to the sage Kashyapa. From these unions emerged various lineages: the Devas from Aditi, the Daityas from Diti, the Danavas from Danu, the Nagas from Kadru, and Garuda from Vinata. Viewed through the lens of control and duality, this narrative reveals the emergence of a system comprising distinct powers, species, and opposing factions within the context of the pre-existing human society.

This is where the fundamental question of this theory arises: was a mediation of power established between the independent elements of nature and human consciousness? Did man transform from an independent consumer into a supplicant seeking the favor of the gods? From this perspective, the religious concepts linking Varuna to water, the Wind-deity to air, and Agni to energy are viewed as symbols of dominion over nature.

This duality—an entity that presents a crisis on one hand and offers a solution on the other—remains visible today in various forms.

Operation Popeye: When weather was turned into a weapon of war.

Between 1967 and 1972, during the Vietnam War, the United States conducted a covert weather-modification campaign known as Operation Popeye. Its objective was to disrupt military supply routes in North Vietnam and Laos by increasing rainfall through cloud seeding.

A classified U.S. State Department memorandum dated January 13, 1967, stated that more than 50 cloud-seeding experiments were conducted during the trials. According to the memorandum, 82 percent of the targeted clouds produced rain within a short period. The document also noted that it was difficult to accurately estimate the volume of rainfall and the extent of the affected area.

The objective of this campaign was not merely to study the weather, but to disrupt enemy movement and logistics by inducing rainfall.

This raises a question:

If weather can be leveraged in military strategy, what are the potential limits of weather modification in this era of modern technology? Such concerns are further amplified regarding HAARP (solar geoengineering) and other climate-related technologies.

El Niño: Could it be a future climate weapon?

El Niño is a widespread climate phenomenon linked to changes in Pacific Ocean temperatures, which can impact rainfall, heat, and agriculture across many regions of the world.

This theory raises a question: could technological superpowers like the US, China, or Russia work towards using climate systems—such as El Niño—as strategic weapons in the future? Could conditions that trigger droughts, torrential rains, or crop failures in specific regions become tools for exerting geopolitical pressure?

The concern is that future wars might be fought not only at borders but also through systems that influence weather, water, and food production. Operation Popeye provides a historical context for this apprehension.

Bill Gates, the changing food system, and synthetic food.

Bill Gates’s large-scale agricultural land acquisitions and investments in alternative food technologies are a significant part of this debate.

Reports have been published regarding their share of agricultural land in the US, while investments in plant-based proteins, lab-grown meat, and other alternative foods are rising globally.

This hypothesis raises a serious question: if natural farming is undermined by droughts, floods, deforestation, and water crises, will reliance on artificial food technologies increase in the future? And if food production falls under the control of a few large corporations—along with their patents and technologies—what will become of the common person’s food sovereignty?

Concerns regarding Agenda 2030, the transhumanist agenda, and the alleged global elite network are linked to this broader concept: first a crisis, then a solution, and ultimately, dependency. This perspective highlights the risk of increasing reliance on technology-driven systems by undermining natural farming and independent human existence.

Clearing forests in the name of development and blaming the public.

Today, in the name of development, governments are clearing forests to make way for wide roads, construction projects, and concrete structures. Taxes and fees are levied for water, yet water sources continue to be polluted. The general public pays the price for the depletion of natural resources, while the responsibility is often shifted onto the behavior of citizens.

This is where the fundamental question of duality arises: can the protector and the regulator be two faces of the same system?

On one hand, the public is assured of development, security, and relief; on the other, those very policies can increase pressure on forests, water resources, and agriculture. If weather modification or climate systems are utilized as strategic weapons in the future, their impact will not be confined to the battlefield—it could extend to food, water, the economy, and human freedom.

The central question of this premise is: Is the age-old concept of controlling nature’s independent resources persisting today in new forms—through technology, the food industry, and government development policies?

Could climate phenomena like El Niño become instruments of control in the future? Amidst natural crises, might reliance on synthetic food and technology-driven lifestyles increase? And could a system that destroys nature in the name of development ultimately hold the public itself responsible for the resulting crises?

Such is the game of duality: the crisis confronts the establishment, the solution lies in its hands, yet it is the public that pays the price.
