Factory Closure Left Workers Stranded – Court Finally Delivers Justice
In a landmark ruling, the Labour Court of Rajnandgaon has sided with 256 workers in a long-standing legal battle. Nearly 10 years ago, Mean Ulrock Fiber Limited abruptly shut down its factory without prior notice, leaving hundreds of workers unpaid and unemployed. Refusing to give up, the affected workers approached the court to claim their rightful dues. After years of legal proceedings, the court has now ordered the factory management to pay ₹3 lakh to each worker as compensation.

This decision is not only a victory for the workers but also a beacon of hope for anyone fighting for their rights.
Long Legal Battle Comes to an End

The factory closure in 2016 came as a shock to the employees, as they were suddenly dismissed without any notice or compensation. In response, 256 workers united to file a case in the labour court seeking justice.
After a decade of hearings, arguments, and procedural delays, the court has finally delivered its verdict. The management has been directed to pay ₹3 lakh each to all affected workers, bringing closure to a 10-year struggle.

The ruling has sparked waves of joy among the workers, who describe it as not just their victory, but a triumph of truth and unity.
